  • How to start to get on top of difficult thoughts

  • About worry and a strategy to help get worry out of your way

  • What is mindfulness

  • How to observe our thoughts and feelings

  • The benefits of focusing our attention and how we can practice this

  • Why judgments are unhelpful and what to do with them

In Module 4 we learnt: 

  • How to make decisions we can feel good about. 

  • What’s important to us and who we want to be in the face of uncertainty
