Looking to unwind and leave class feeling a little lighter and more refreshed? Bring yourself back into balance ~ inside and out.
A classical Hatha class that will help you improve your flexibility while also working to maintain a healthy nervous system and balance the hormone producing glands of the body in order to affect your overall sense of wellbeing. This class will leave you feeling physically lighter, emotionally nourished and mentally restored.
This class is suitable for beginners to intermediate students wanting to leave class feeling refreshed and recharged, ready to step back into the world off the mat.
Given the current world situation, I have decided to offer weekly online yoga classes.
I warmly invite you to join me.
I hope that together we can share this practice, join in community, feel a little less isolated, and introduce a little gentle exercise into your week.

About Your Guide:
I started yoga while completing my Masters of Clinical Psychology. Yoga helped me better manage the demands of a high-pressure course, allowing me to de-stress and create some me-time to look forward to each week. It helped me value myself more and take charge of my own wellbeing. Yoga gave me a sense of achievement and wellbeing every time I walked out of class.
I hope to share these same benefits with you.
In 2014 I embarked on training to become a yoga teacher. I completed a 900hr Teacher Training course at Gita International in Melbourne, Australia. Since then I have taught Yoga in Australia, Turkey, Italy and Morocco.
