Allowing Values To Be your guide
Here’s a list of possible values you may identify with. Of course there are many others too, this list is just to get you started. Read through this list, highlight the ones you identify with, the ones that feel like the right fit for you and also write down any others you come up with. Remember there’s no right or wrong, we will all be different. This is about thinking about your own values in order to guide your choices and actions over the next months.
Notice if any ‘shoulds’ pop up - I should choose that one, or this one is important to others so it should be important to me. These are judgements - and remember? We’re trying to step back from judgements! Feel into it, listen to your body when you try on each of these values.
